Throughout my involvement in the SWE Next Mentorship Program, I collaborated with my team on a project focused on facial recognition technology. We examined its uses in various industries, examined ethical challenges, and put forth suggestions for minimizing prejudice and implementing it responsibly.  Through this experience, I was able to further develop my research skills, data analysis, literature review, and teamwork abilities. I would like to learn more about subjects like artificial intelligence (AI) applications in security, cybersecurity, and AI-driven child assistance.
