On November 22, our team visited Ivy Park Senior Center to spend a day with the residents and make it truly special. We arrived early in the morning, eager to start our day of activities. We began by setting up various games, and carefully choosing activities that were both fun and engaging. From classic board games to light exercise sessions, we aimed to create a cheerful atmosphere where everyone could join in and have a good time. The seniors enthusiastically participated, and it was wonderful to see their competitive spirits and joyful laughter.
Besides organizing games, we also took on the important task of helping with the food. Our team pitched in to prepare the meal, making sure that everything was perfect. We set up the dining area with festive decorations to enhance the ambiance. When it was time to serve the food, we made sure that each resident received their meal promptly and with a smile. The menu included a variety of dishes to cater to different tastes, ensuring that everyone could enjoy a tasty and nutritious meal without any hassle.
